Japanese Furong(Egg) Tofu

Ingredients
Sugar Free Soy Milk
320ml
Egg
4 Pcs
Chicken Powder(Optional)
Green Onion
1 Tbsp
2 Pcs
Shredded Nori
A pinch
Bonito Flakes
A pinch
Japanese soy sauce
2 Tbsp
Instructions
1.
Break 4 eggs into a bowl. Add 320ml (2 measuring cups) of sugar free soy milk, chicken powder(optional) and mix well.
2.
Pour the egg mixture through a strainer and into a bowl. Discard the leftover foam.
3.
Pour the strained mixture into a bowl. Pour 1 cup of water into the cooker and place the bowl inside. Turn the power on and flick middle switch down.
4.
When the switch has flicked back up, take the bowl out and let it cool before cutting into pieces. Pour the soy sauce over, garnish with the shredded nori and bonito flakes before serving.
